How do I change my password?
You have an admin user assigned at your agency who can perform this password update. Please reach out internally to your agency admin user to request a password reset. If they are unavailable, reach out to Metro Net via the supervisor line.

How do I log out on the tablet and log on to a new account, so I can switch rigs?
You have an admin user assigned at your agency who can log you out of your tablet. Please reach out internally to your agency admin user to log the previous session out. You can then log in to the new unit account. Call into Metro Net via the supervisor line, and provide the AVL ID of the new unit like normal. If you agency admin user is unavailable, the supervisor can also perform the work to log the previous session out.

How to I only view my own city's units and calls?
You can filter your view to only your city's units and calls. See the tutorial above, titled "How to Filter View for Incidents and Units".

Can I view First Due from within the Tablet Command app?
No, First Due is a standalone app that will not open from within Tablet Command. Instead, you will open it side by side. Reference the tutorial "How to Access First Due from TC".

How do I manage personnel?
This feature will be available shortly, after the integration of Tablet Command and Telestaff completes for your agency. Check back with Metro as this work progresses.

How do I set my unit as ALS/BLS/PAU?
This feature will be available in the app shortly. For now, call into Metro Net via the supervisor line to have them update your unit class type to ALS/BLS/PAU.

How do I perform a move up or move back to station?
Update your status to Enroute to Station and select the move up station.​ When you arrive, update your status to AIQ.

How do I set my unit as Out of Service?
Update your status to Unavailable, and select an out of service reason.
