How do I change my password?
You will need to reach out to Metro Net, and we will change your password and provide you with a new one.

How do I log out on the tablet to a new account, so I can switch rigs?
Call into Metro Net, and the supervisor on duty will log you out of your tablet. You can then log in to the new unit account.

Can I only view my own city's units and calls?
Yes, you can filter your view to only your city. See the tutorial above, titled
"How to Filter View for Incidents and Units".

Can I view First Due from within the Tablet Command app?
No, First Due is a standalone app that will not open from within Tablet Command. Instead, you will open it side by side. Reference the tutorial "How to Access First Due from TC".

How do I manage personnel?
This feature will be available shortly, after the integration of Tablet Command and Telestaff completes for your agency. Check back with Metro as this work progresses.

How do I set my unit as ALS/BLS/PAU?
This feature will be available in the app shortly. For now, call into Metro Net to have them update your unit class type to ALS/BLS/PAU.

How do I perform a move up or move back to station?
This feature will be available in the app shortly. For now, call into Metro Net to have them update your unit station.

How do I set my unit as Out of Service?
This feature will be available in the app shortly, with the ability to set yourself out of service with a reason and time. For now, call into Metro Net to have them set you out of service, and provide your reason and the timeframe.
